After a rough weekend for Emily and a week of total rest for me today was the start of the super duper all pupose training plan.
Time: 5:30 am wake up
Temp: 37 degrees
Workout: Easy two miles on treadmill immediately followed by a mini circuit session. Weighted squats, Hammer curls, military press, alternating lunges, bent-over rows, Abs.
Considering the past couple of days, I think today went pretty well. Aside from Emily not feeling too well she did most of the exercises. Tomorrow will be another shot, and in two weeks, I know we will both be hitting the workout full-thottle!
